Want more Witcher? How about seven minutes of new gameplay from PAX East? This footage shows Geralt accepting a side quest to look for a missing caravan and using his abilities to track down and slay a monster.
Make time come May 19th because The Witcher 3 is going to be one of those titles that will require all of your attention.
Geralt is on the hunt for his former lover, Yennefer, in the opening cinematic for The Witcher 3. It is more of the amazing quality videos we have come to expect out of CD Projekt RED.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt releases February 24, 2015.
CD Projekt RED has a new video for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This one has the developers talking about the expansive world you will explore as well as how Geralt uses his abilities to take on the hordes of enemies that litter the landscape.
I want to see more of the seafaring action from the game. They seem to have made a realistic Wind Waker. As if I needed another reason to play this game.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt releases on February 24, 2015.
E3 is over. While that may make you sad to hear, remember that E3 is not the end all of gaming shows. Hell, if we are being honest it is barely holding onto third best show after Gamescom and PAX and followed by TGS in fourth.
If this year’s E3 taught us anything it was that 2015 is going to be a clusterfu** of amazing games. There are plenty of fun times ahead this year with Far Cry 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Destiny, Shadow of Mordor, Alien: Isolation, Super Smash Bros. and the like, but if we are being honest, companies were squarely focused on the huge titles that will (presumably) be in consoles next year.
If most of these titles hold serve and release next year, 2015 will be one of the biggest years in video game history. Take a look at the lineup expected to hit next year.

Will all of these be released next year? Doubtful (I am looking at you Zelda and Battlefront). Yet, there is an over-abundance of triple-A titles coming in 2015 and then you add in the dozens of indie titles coming, you won’t be able to throw a fat guy in any direction without hitting a good game.
But really, if you can throw a fat guy any kind of distance you should not be playing games. Maybe do those ESPN strong man competitions. Chop wood, flip tires, have a really long name that sounds like an angry German screaming.
Let’s get E3 week started right with the new trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The new trailer shows off the vast landscape the you will traverse as Geralt, the white-haired, stone-faced badass we have all come to love. It looks to be a showcase title for your new consoles.
Get ready to marvel at the beauty and then throw your controller in anger when you die from not stringing attacks together properly on February 24, 2015.
CD Projekt RED has announced that Tywin Lannister himself, Charles Dance, will be providing his voice in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Dance will portray Emperor Emhyr var Emreis, ruler of Niflgaard.
Also, if you need someone to abduct a Tibetan child with mystical powers, have a glass-eyed villain fight Schwarzenegger and a prison doctor to screw Sigourney Weaver, Dance is available.
CD Projekt RED has released a new cinematic trailer for The Witcher 3 titled “Killing Monsters”. In it, Geralt and a companion are meeting with a rather seedy group to collect a bounty and Geralt has to make a not so tough decision which, of course, leads to a quick snap of wondrous violence.
CD Projekt Red showed off an absolutely beautiful trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. It shows off the dynamic open-world that gamers will be traversing as they take Geralt of Rivia on his last adventure. There are so many things to admire and see in this trailer that is really is worth more than one viewing. The incredibly detailed environments, the fantasy inspired enemies and the music….damn, that music.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt releases in 2014 on Xbox One and PS4.
It is an exciting time to be a video game fan. The promise of new consoles on the horizons means we get to finally see just what next-gen means for the next 5-10 years. CD Projekt Red has released a slew of new screens from The Witcher 3 using their new engine that will also be running their Cyberpunk 2077.
The Witcher 3 will be a full open-world experience with CD Projekt Red claiming that the story will take up to 50 hours to complete. I played the Witcher 2 for around 10 hours and could not get myself to finish it. Not saying it was not a well made game, it just was not catching me. I admit that I will end up getting The Witcher 3 because I am a sucker for fantasy games and give it another try.
We are only one day removed from Sony’s announcement of the Playstation 4 and still months away from E3 and already the console has a modest, but very good lineup of games. Ubisoft, Sucker Punch, Guerrilla and even Square showed their future titles and it was enough to get this gamer excited for this fall when the PS4 comes home. Here are the games we know of so far:
Killzone: Shadow Fall (Guerrilla)
Infamous: Second Son (Sucker Punch)
Watch Dogs (Ubisoft)
Knack (Studio Japan)
Diablo 3 (Blizzard)
Drive Club (Evolution)
Final Fantasy (Square)
Destiny (Bungie)
The Witness (Thekla)
Deep Down (Capcom)
The Witcher 3 (CD Projekt RED)
Sony also said that a plethora of studios are already pledging support for the PS4. Instead of listing them all check out a screenshot of last night’s event and see that every major player is going to be involved with developing for the next Playstation.
