I could listen to John Noble read a grocery list consisting of gluten free pita bread and would get goosebumps. Listening to him reveal his plans for Gotham and Batman should make you sh** your pants.

Batman: Arkham Knight releases June 2nd.
How much would you pay for Batmobile porn, coincidentally? Asking for a friend.
Taking center stage is the Batmobile which is loaded with “tools for urban pacification” for the lack of a better term. I mean we could just say Batman is using cruise missiles in a closed space, but that sounds a lot like he is killing people, so we will leave it at that.
This new trailer is more of a teaser for what the game will show off at the Playstation Experience on Friday, December 6th.
We have to wait a bit longer than expected to play Rocksteady’s final Batman game and by a bit longer I mean “damn, that is a long ass wait”.
Batman: Arkham Knight will release on June 2, 2015 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
To ease the pain of waiting (or make it worse), two special editions for the game has been revealed. The Batmobile Edition will come with a transforming Batmobile statue, skin pack, art book and steelcase. The set will cost $199.99.
The Limited Edition will be $99.99 and come with the art book, steelcase, Batman: Arkham Knight #0 comic, skin pack and Batman Memorial statue.
While the release is much later than anyone thought, this should give Rocksteady loads of time to make the game meet their standards.
One thing Rocksteady’s Batman games have done is capture the tone and feel of the character and never is that more so than with the new gameplay trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight.
This footage, running on a PS4, shows how beautiful the game is, seamlessly transitioning between the opening cinema to in-game action as Batman begins his glide around Gotham (much quicker this time).
The focal point of this new trailer is how the Batmobile will be used to traverse the city. It drifts around corners deftly and can switch to what Rocksteady is calling “battle mode” at any time. This is where the iconic vehicle becomes a strafing justice machine with a turret so you can take out enemy vehicles.
Batman: Arkham Knight will be five times larger than Arkham City making this feel like a true open-world Batman game. It will release in 2015.
So shiny, so pretty.
Check out these new screenshots from Batman: Arkham Knight, Rocksteady’s final Batman game. Besides flying around Gotham and driving the Batmobile, it looks like you will be pummeling a group of rednecks who like to wear Confederate flags on their shirts.
Batman hates racists…or just the south.
Batman: Arkham Knight releases on October 14th.
Arkham Knight is not just the title of Rocksteady’s final Batman game, it is also the name of a new villain created just for the game itself.
New screenshots have been released that give a better look at Arkham Knight as well as Batman in his new armor.
Batman: Arkham Knight releases on October 14th for Xbox One and PS4. Sorry current-gen. Catch up or get left behind.
Man can not live by trailer alone. He needs pretty, shiny pictures to stare at as his boss thinks he is deep into work at his computer.
Here are 18 screenshots from Batman: Arkham Knight in all their next-gen goodness showing off shots of Batman, Penguin, Two-Face, the redesigned Batmobile, new villain Arkham Knight and more.
Rocksteady is saying the game is five times larger than Arkham City. That is way too much Bat-fun.
Batman: Arkham Knight releases on October 14th.
The new issue of Game Informer has revealed the next game in Rocksteady’s Arkham series; Batman: Arkham Knight.
The game will be releasing this year for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC. If you can’t tell by the cover, the Batmobile will play a role in the new game and be drivable over the streets of Gotham in combination with Batman’s normal means of travel (grappling hook and gliding).
Notice there was no mention of current-gen consoles? And that the cover says that this is the series finale for the Arkham games?
Check out the first trailer for the game which encapsulates everything I love about Batman in four minutes.
Batman: Arkham Origins has had its share of problems since its release on October 25th, including save data losses which is why I will not be reviewing the game. Now WB Games has issued a statement resolving to fix the multiple issues that have plagued the title.
Here is the official statement explaining the glitches found so far:
“Some players have been stuck in an endless loop of falling, making it impossible to complete certain missions and progress through the single-player campaign. We believe we have identified the issue and are currently testing the software update, which will push most players back to their previous save so that they will not be stuck in an infinite loop.”
“Some players can see their story progress in the main menu, but once they choose the story slot they don’t see an option to ‘Continue’ and only ‘New Game’ shows up. This issue should be resolved and the ‘Continue’ option will once again be available.”
“FreeFlow Focus mode not unlocking upon reaching Shadow Vigilante rank 3.”
“Players have reported recurring crashing and freezing while playing the game. We have been working hard to track down and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We believe we know what is causing these issues and need a few more days to validate before pushing this patch through. In the meantime, some players have managed to avoid the freezing by disconnecting their console from the Internet while playing.”
And the biggest of the bunch it the data on 360 versions of the game being corrupted (like mine).
“Players have reported losing their saved game to data corruption. Specifically, when you try to choose a story slot to continue, it says ‘Corrupted’ and if you select it, an error message appears which says, ‘The save is corrupt. Please delete it.’ We believe we know what is causing this and need a few more days to validate before pushing a patch through.”
When you see just how many problems have been found with this game it is amazing that it got through QA testing. It screams of a studio that had to make a release date no matter what even if that meant shipping a game that was not ready. I feel bad for Rocksteady who has built the Arkham franchise into a gaming giant and entrusted it to another studio just to have this happen.
