  • Sony Giving A Trio Of Gifts With Your Playstation 4

    When you open up your Playstation 4 next week you will find that Sony has included a present for you. You will get three vouchers which include one free month of Playstation Plus, one free month of Music Unlimited and a $10 credit for the Playstation Store.

    Playstation Plus will be required with the Playstation 4 to play games online so it is a good thing people will be getting the first month free to be able to check out all of the perks you get with the service including great sales on games and Instant Games Collection. It is ridiculous how much Sony gives you for $50 a year.

    There was no information given on how long the systems will come with the vouchers but I would assume through the holiday season.

  • Sleeping Dogs Coming To Playstation Plus

    If you never got the opportunity to play Sleeping Dogs last year, first off shame on you and second, you are now getting a second chance if you are a Playstation Plus member to get the game absolutely free. On May 7th you will be able to download the open world Hong Kong adventure to your instant games collection on Playstation Plus and experience the off the wall action for yourself.

    Check out our review for Sleeping Dogs here and if you have not become a Playstation Plus member yet, there really is no excuse for all that Sony gives you for $50 a year.

  • God Of War Legacy Bundle, For The Kratos Fanatic In All Of Us

    Sony has revealed the God Of War Legacy Bundle, which will coincide with the release of God of War: Ascension this March. The set comes with a garnet red Playstation 3, God of War Saga (which contains God of War 1&2 from PS2 and God of War: Chains of Olympus and Ghosts of Sparta from PSP), a copy of God of War: Ascension and 30 days of Playstation Plus.

    All of this Kratos goodness can be yours for only $349 and will be available on March 12th, the same day God of War: Ascension will hit stores.

    I personally would not mind a red PS3, but I can not get past the fact the new systems are uglier than Rihanna after a bad date with Chris Brown.

  • Playstation Network Offers Special Deals On 13 Games

    Sony is having a sale on a long list of titles in what they are calling the “13 for 13” sale. They will be offering 13 titles for 50% off and Playstation Plus subscribers will be getting a whopping 75% off. The list is very impressive including critical darlings like The Unfinished Swan and classic games like Jet Set Radio and Nights (Into Dreams). You can’t beat half off and Sony also shows once again why Playstation Plus is well worth the $49.99 a year price tag with all the free games you get and now 75% off these as well.

The system will come with a 500GB hard drive and one year of Playstation Plus service for $299.99. The Playstation Plus service is Sony’s online program which gives you access to demos early, discounts in the Playstation Store and best of all, an Instant Games Library where you can download a host of popular titles to your hard rive to play free of charge. Playstation Plus is $50 a year so you are in reality paying only $250 for this beauty.

    So for those of you that prefer your Playstation’s less Vader and more stormtrooper, today is your day.
